Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience began at 14 years old. Aspen Ladd trained in kickboxing, BJJ, boxing and wrestling before making her professional debut at WCFC aged 18. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal, securing the 1st-round TKO. Invicta 16 also saw Aspen rise into the Bantamweight division after winning her fight with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen employed the strong techniques she learned from wrestling to beat McGill. She won her bout via an KO (3rd round) (elbows as well as punches).
