April Lockhart was born on July 4, 1995. When she was in the seventh grade, she started playing guitar, and also taking piano classes which sparked her enthusiasm for the art of songwriting. at the age of 12, April wrote her first tune Different. Self-acceptance runs for life but Lockhart is a true inspiration regarding this issue. However, she acknowledges going through a series of phases in her body and sometimes not being confident in wearing particular types of clothes that showed off her arms. Nowadays, she can wear whatever she wants. and she shares her pictures to social media. Self-love, she says is a journey. It's hard to say if you'll ever make it to the finish line. It's true for all regardless of levels of anxiety. The people that you associate yourself with, who know you and are able to see inside your heart, are the ones that remind you of what is important.
